Brian T. Sipperly
Principal Project Manager | Owner
With over 13 years in civil, site, and land development engineering, Brian has extensive expertise in project management, site design, and regulatory permitting, guiding complex developments from concept through construction. Brian is a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker , providing a unique perspective that bridges technical design with market and development strategy.

Lindsay Zefting, PE
Principal Engineer | Planner
With nearly 20 years of experience, she is an expert in active transportation planning and engineering with a traffic engineering background. As a planner and engineer, she has a unique ability to complete planning studies with feasibility and implementation in mind. Her experience ranges from statewide trail systems, regional and city-wide networks, to complete streets implementation.

Diane Jlelaty, PE
Senior Engineer
For over a decade, Diane has executed and led active transportation design projects throughout the United States. She is skilled in integrating bicycle and pedestrian facilities into a wide range of existing conditions and blending innovative, context-sensitive facility concepts with technical compliance and constructibility.

Esvin A. Secaida
Landscape Architect
With over nine years of professional experience and over five years of construction experience. Esvin brings a variety of experience with different project types such as commercial, high end residential, public projects, master planning and site inspections.
